Giles has featured extensively in international media.
His work has been written about in major newspapers including The New Zealand Mirror, the Jerusalem Post, The Forward, The Stage, and The JC. He has featured in magazines including Time Out London, QX Magazine, All Music Magazine and countless digital publications including Center Stage, Orlando Voyager, Broadway World, Theater Weekly, and West End Best Friend.
Domestic and international TV appearances include singing on commercials for Taglit, starring in a special instructional video produced for the Chinese postal system, interviews on the Jim Masters TV show, and two personal appearances on the ShopHQ network each broadcast to 80 million homes.
On the radio he was featured on Yoav Kutner's morning show playing live, and has appeared as a special guest on countless regional stations across Europe as well as featuring on digital stations including Musical Theater Radio and as a special guest on the podcast Musical Talk. His acoustic duo Gilo & Royal Blue is regularly featured on the broadcast Live 'n Kickin' syndicated to radio stations across the United States; and a Montreal radio station even produced an hour-long French-language radio special about his work!
As well as an accomplished vocalist, Giles is an acclaimed composer and theatre producer. He wrote the musicals SOVIET ZION and Turkish Delight the Opera, he is also the founder of both London's The A STAGE KINDLY New Musical Theatre Initiative which produced sixteen UK and World Premiere productions of new musicals, and Central Florida's premiere vocal ensemble The Pinnacle Singers who recently staged his radical revision of Puccini's opera Turandot and recorded Madame Butterfly for release this Winter, both featuring exciting new piano arrangements he has made.
